Exchange & Return Policy

Ring Size Exchange Policy

We want you to LOVE and cherish your items. If you have gotten your size mixed up or have decided on another style instead, you may return the item(s) within 60 days of receiving it for an exchange. All HI-TECH Ceramic, Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, & Zirconiums rings that are not engraved are eligible for a direct exchange for another size.

Under the following conditions a direct exchange will NOT apply: 

CERAMIC, TITANIUM, TUNGSTEN CARBIDE, & ZIRCONIUM rings that are engraved with a personalized message are not exchangeable.

Please contact us regarding resizing your ring.

  • SOLID GOLD, STERLING SILVER, & PLATINUM Hawaiian Heirloom Jewelries will not be exchange but resizable by half sizes. Fees may apply if the ring needs to be resized more or less than half a size
  • Resizing fee will apply for any stone set, two-tone, or tri-tone SOLID GOLD, STERLING SILVER, & PLATINUM rings which resizing is required. Stone set rings are not exchangeable.
  • The ring(s) must be in its original condition with no scratches or damages.

Return Policy

Order Cancelations

Order cancelation must be made within 24hrs once the order is placed. Please note that any hand made Hawaiian jewelry solid gold ring(s) will be implemented with a 15% restocking fee if the order is canceled after 24hrs.

Refunds

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Aloha Rings. That is why we offer an easy 30 days return policy once you have received the item(s).

Item(s) must be in their unused condition with receipt attached with its original order number. Items which have been resized, updated and/or repaired do not qualify.

The following special conditions will apply on returns:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for most items purchased from Aloha Rings, with the exception of the following:
  1. Engraved Items: Any items that have been personalized with custom engravings cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Custom Name Items: Items that have been specifically customized with names or initials are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  3. Custom Ordered Items: Special orders or items that have been specifically tailored to meet individual customer requirements are non-returnable             and non-exchangeable.
  4. Stone Set Items: Jewelry pieces that feature precious stones or gemstones are excluded from our return and exchange policy..
  • 15% restocking fee on any returned solid gold, platinum item(s).
  • The 30 days will start once you have received your original order.
  • The item(s) must be in its original condition with no sign of wear.

You can expect a refund within 10 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Disclaimer and Exclusions

Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of your new ring size, replacements or credits/returns. New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Additionally, items modified or re-sized by another jeweler are also not considered new. Once all conditions have been verified, we will send your new ring to the address that is indicated on the Request Exchange Form or provide a refund to the purchaser of the order.

 

Lost and Stolen Packages

Aloha Rings will not be responsible for any packages that has gone missing or that may have been stolen. It is highly recommended choosing a shipping method with signature confirmation or insurance. Lost or stolen items are not refundable without insurance.

 

Below are the steps for exchanging your ring for a new size.

When shipping, please make sure to send your original invoice or a copy of the invoice within the parcel. Once shipped, obtain the tracking number that was provided as it will be used in the next step.

Once the parcel has arrived back to us in Honolulu, it will approximately take 2-4 business days to process your exchange request. An email with the tracking number will be provided for you via email once your exchange request is completed.

We offer FREE return shipping from Honolulu, Hawaii back to your Location for your exchanged item(s) within the United States. International customers please contact us at info@aloharings.com.

If faster service is need to meet a special occasion or wedding date, please let us know on the form within your account and we will do the best in our ability and resources to make arrangements to expedite your exchange.
