About Us

  1. Where are you located?
    We are located in the middle of Waikiki on the island of Oahu. All items are shipped directly from Hawai'i.

  2. Can we visit the shop if we are going on a vacation to Hawai'i?
    Sure! Here is where you are able to make an appointment with us to visit our studio during your stay.

  1. Where is the koa wood from?
    Unlike some shops, we use genuine koa woods for our rings. All of the koa woods are sourced from the Big Island of Hawai'i.

  2. Are the inlaid rings safe to wear in waters? 
    Yes, with some exceptions. We do do not recommend wearing the rings (or any jewelry) in chlorinated waters such as pools or hot tubs. Washing your hand and beaches will be fine.

  3. Can you make your Hawaiian jewelry gold rings others than 14K?
    Yes, we are capable of making 18K, 20K, and also Platinum.

  4. What materials can I choose?
    You can find more details about the material on Types of Metals page.

  5. Can I create my own design?
    We may be able to create a design that you have in mind. Please chat with us and let see the potentials.

  6. Can I send my own material or my specific design to you to make a ring?
    Normally we don't accept outsourced materials. We only offer our only design. We have to ensure safe practices and quality materials that meet our consistent standards....... But If we think you have a super nice design, we might make a exception :)

Shipping

  1. How long does it take to ship?
    Once an order is placed, it will usually take us about 2 business days to prepare an order. For customizations such as engraving or stone settings, it may require an additional day.

  2. Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes, we sure do! Customer is responsible for international shipping and customs fee or duty fees(if any).Here is more information regarding our shipping terms.

  3. Can I track my order once it is placed?
    Most definitely. All order confirmation and tracking information will be sent via the email. You can also track your order here.
