Ring Warranty

We will warrant the craftsmanship and guarantee its authenticity that the highest quality material is being used when creating your piece.

• Life Time Warranty is offered for purchases from www.aloharings.com for Black Zirconium, Titanium, and Tungsten Carbide rings . All Ceramic rings are offered a 2-year warranty. 

  We will replace any broken rings within this time frame up to two times. 

• Warranty will not cover if the ring size need to be altered such as in size or style. Click here if you need to simply just exchange your ring size. 

• Warranty will not cover natural wear and tear of the product after the first year. We will repair most wear & tear damages within the first year without any repair fee to you. 

• Warranty does not cover rings that were sold on third party reselling web sites. 

To process your warranty claim, please send us the image of the area of concern at service@aloharings.com or by using the message tab on our website at www.aloharings.com

Please make sure to have your order number available. Generally, the warranty process will takes us about **one-week once it has arrived back to us in Honolulu. 

The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized Aloha Rings representative.

Ring styles that are discontinued may no longer be available. Please contact us for further alternative options. 

Watch Warranty

Aloha Rings offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from www.aloharings.com or an authorized dealer. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your caseback, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold onto your receipt.Aloha Rings  will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a watch has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

Our dedicated quality assurance team will inspect every item before shipment to ensure that you receive the highest quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please use our Repair Form to request a repair, and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired.

Please Keep in Mind

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair.
We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification,3rd party alterations, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
