2 Year “No Hassle” Limited Warranty

Your purchased item also comes with a FREE two year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.  If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your  ring once at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (2) year of the original order date.  If a replacement is not available, we may offer another similar style ring at the same value.

• Warranty will not cover if the ring size need to be altered such as in size or style. Click here if you need to simply just exchange your ring size. 
• Warranty will not cover natural wear and tear of the product.
  
  
• Warranty will not cover rings that were sold on third party reselling web sites. 
• Warranty will not cover lost or stolen items.

Please make sure to have your order number available. Generally, the warranty process will takes us about one-week once it has arrived back to us in Honolulu. The time frame for restoration may vary depending on the work that is being done to your ring. 

The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone other than an authorized aloharings representative.

Ring styles that are discontinued may no longer be available for warranty services. Please contact us for further alternative options. 

Watch Warranty

aloharings offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from www.aloharings.com or an authorized dealer. This means that if the materials in your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your watch and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear and tear or batteries, crystal, watch case, strap, bracelet, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you open your caseback, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold onto your receipt. aloharings will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a watch has evidence of excessive wear or misuse.

Our dedicated quality assurance team will inspect every item before shipment to ensure that you receive the highest quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please use our Repair Form to request a repair, and we'd be happy to assist you in getting your item repaired.

Please Keep in Mind

The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair. We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modifications, 3rd party alterations, abuse or damage beyond normal wear as deemed by our jewelry professionals. 

Please Note These Exceptions to the Limited Warranty for All Ring Lines:
The limited warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Tungsten and Titanium rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or often exposed to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer).  Solid gold does scratch and a simple trip to a local jeweler for a buffing will smooth out your scratches. Gold or colored plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals. Additionally, engraving of our plated rings weakens the plating, causing chipping.

If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the limited warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your limited warranty.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; (II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED “AS-IS”; AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.

In no case shall  aloharings or its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death.  Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
